I'm not sure when you'll be traveling but I would assume that the Metro Bus would be your best option. They have a
Trip Planner online that you can plan out your itineraries. Similar to mapsquest.com but for buses in the king county area. Here's a typical schedule for one of the days during the week. Of course, you'll want to enter the day and time you're planning to go to ensure you get on the right bus.
