Well the
St Louis Zoo has no admission fees. I'm not sure if you'd call it a safari but the zoo has something called the Zooline Railroad. It's actually kind of neat. It takes visitors around the zoo and there is a fee for this but most people just buy an all day pass on it so they can hop on and off as they please.
