I DO know the absolute best place to go in Philly (a place I called home when i was there), was
32 degrees lounge..if you like the VIP style lounge, this is a shoe-in...if you do go, make sure you say hello to Ira and let him know Ed from INVEGASmagazine gave you the referral.
