Palms is a nice place but a bit off the strip. The Palms crowd is generally is in the mid twenties range and they have Rain and Ghostbar which are two great clubs. The pool is ok...another to consider is Hard Rock which has a great scene and also Mandalay Bay (new pool and great clubs) and Bellagio (a bit pricey)
