Sorry to hear about your son! I've traveled to Dallas/Forth Worth, Austin, and Galveston on several occasions and general found the weather pleasant. They do have opressively hot weather in July and August but most of the year is 60's to 80's which is not bad.
I don't know about the best weather for medical conditions you'd need to consult a doctor for this. I recommend you taking a couple week trip to anywhere your considering living and see if you like it. |
