We've been to the windy city in both spring and winter, and hands down, one of the best times to visit would definitely be the spring. I love, love, love shopping, so of course, we walked the Magnificent Mile. The Hancock Tower and the Willis Tower (formerly Sears Tower), both offer a fantastic bird's eye view of the city. We had a drink by the window in the Hancock Tower, and I was lucky enough to find out that the best view is from the ladies' room. If you're with the family, or even if you're by yourself of with a couple of friends, the Navy Pier is a great place to find some entertainment. For some free
