I'm not sure how far you want to travel but Mariposa Grove has some Giant Sequoia's. One is named Grizzly Giant is probably 1600-2000 years old. Its about a 3 hr drive.

Grant Grove is another pretty amazing place: http://www.nps.gov/archive/seki/ggvc.htm but its 200 miles away...

Muis is your best bet for its distance.
