Venice is one of the beautiful and must see places in Italy. If you fly into Venice stay there for a bit and come to Rome by train. We have tried on that way during our Italy trip. Our kids wanted to go for a gondola ride and we got a chance to see Venice through its back door through this ride. It was very adventurous and fabulous. If you like something adventurous, try the gondola ride. We have also enjoyed the Museo Navale & Arsenale, with its ship models and old vessels, and many historic artifacts in the Museo Civico Correr. I am not sure if you've been to Italy before, but have a nice trip!! |
