My boyfriend and I were in Costa Rico about a year ago and I can say with out a doubt Tamarindo is definitely the place you’re looking for. It’s has great surfing, its not too expensive and I have a feeling you’ll find everything your looking for there (cold beers, cute girls, relaxed atmosphere and great surfing).
