 Canaan Valley in the fall
I come to Cannan Valley once a year during the fall for biking trips with my buddies..I know the Valley has some wonderful hiking trails and it is quiet and beautiful. If you want to do plenty of fun activities I suggest going to Dolly Sods Wilderness Area which is about 30 minutes from Canaan. there, you can rent canoes and duckies through Blackwater Outdoor Center. Also, there is horseback riding at Blackwater Falls State Park which is ten minutes from Canaan. hope this helps |
