I'm looking for a recommendation on a place to stay (B&B or the like) for a night in the Bordeaux wine region later this month as a side trip from our visit to Paris. We're traveling by rail but may need a car for this part. Also any recs. on quaint hotels in Paris also appreciated. Thanks, Gary
