I'll be heading to what I believe is my 8th Mardi Gras in February and I suggest staying in the Quarter. I've stayed in the
Place D'Armes
,
Hotel St. Marie
and
Prince Conti
and they are all close to Bourbon St and all perfectly fine hotels.
