We're going to sell our place and make the big move. It's snowing here today and supposed to go below zero tonight; our Artic blast is supposed to last for about a week, if not longer and no telling what will follow, as we can have 8 months of winter here, and longer. We've even had snow 3 feet deep at Easter time, and it has snowed on the 4th of July, so, with each event, and each decrease in temperature, Costa Rica looks better and better to us. Grew up in Hermosa Beach in Southern California, and so this isn't the weather for us, and besides, we miss the ocean and the type of people who flock to it. Costa Rica sounds like a "Paradise" to us, even though we know there will be some serious and hard to take trade offs at times. Still - just look at all it has to offer. |
