Hi, Memphis is a great place and I have visited many times, so I know very well about the hotels. I'd recommend the Peabody Hotel or the Holiday Inn, if you want to stay in downtown then choose among these two.Any accommodations in Beale St. is safe. It's near all the attractions. The Residence Inn by Marriott Memphis Downtown is also a best option. It is located in Monroe Avenue just two blocks from the river and very nearby for many attractions, entertainment and sports venues including Beale Street. I never found any problem during my stay in The Residence Inn. Nice and cheap hotel for a peaceful stay. |
