 Mudumalai / Bandipur area
nice list of wildlife sanctuaries in India...Mudumalai / Bandipur are my favorite areas to see wildlife. The area has some of the largest remaining population of Asian elephants, and it is hard not to see them (at least in the couple of times I was in the south of India). I prefer the Mudumalai area, although it has been taken over by a weed that makes viewing wildlife more difficult. |
