I was just at the resort a week ago and they wouldn't let me in.. now I know why. I'm sorry to hear about your situation. I would demand a suitable replacement hotel and if they can't give one I would dispute the charges with your credit card company and book a new hotel. Four Seasons is the only other open in Papagayo but really expensive. Interested in something more towards Tamarindo? I could recommend one. |
