My choice would be Florence and here's why.
Florence has the Accademia, where
Michleangelo's David has resided for over 500 years. You could see the world famous
Duomo cathedral. Not to mention incredible restaurants but its sounds like you might not be able to partake in much. Oh and check out the
Uffizi Gallery.
