When you arrive in the Uk all you will need to travel through Scotland, England, Ireland and Wales is your Dutch passport. This would obviously depend on how long you plan on staying in each country though. Yes you could walk through the border from England to Scotland as both places are considered the UK and you would only need your passport on arrival into the UK.
Personally i dont know of anywhere that you can get a ferry in Scotland (Thats where i am from) that would take you to Iceland. It is more common for people to travel from Scotland on a boat to Amsterdam. Would this be somewhere you would like to visit?
