Turin is not that expensive city when compared to other Italian cities, if you rent a studio apartment, it would be 450EUR with gas and electricity. One bedroom apartment could be 325EUR, but get a local to help before renting any place. Food expenses will come around 300EUR, so difinitely need more than 1000EUR per month for three to live in Turin.
