I havent actually been to Hilton Head before but there is a really helpful page on Hilton Head Resorts which will show you the accomodation on offer.

As far as the Villamare Resort is concerned you are right in thinking it is located on the Ocean Front. I found information which describes it as follow:

This modern, luxurious 160 unit villa complex is located on the Atlantic Ocean in the center of Palmetto Dunes, one of the most popular resorts on Hilton Head Island. Three five story buildings surround the large oceanfront pool and cabana. Paved walkways wind through gardens and lagoons enhancing the resort atmosphere. There is an indoor heated pool and health club with sauna available year round. All of the two bedroom units are decorator furnished with two master suites and private baths in each. You will enjoy the view from the outdoor balcony of each unit.
