I think 150EUR/day is very expensive for a small flat, that's more than 200$ per night! you'll find your own
property in france for about 400EUR per month or a room in a shared flat for about 300EUR a month in Paris. The Latin Quarter is nice but i'll take a three star hotel for 80EUR for two people per night (breakfast included) there...
