HMMM. The best boarding of course is winter and you will not find better powder. To get to snow in June and the summer months, you will have to have a helicopter take you to where the powder is or a ski equipped aircraft. Depending on where you want to do this would be the difference in choice, plus your ability level.
Winter is the best and will offer you power like you have never experienced. The best in the U.S.
