hello, I suggest the bus tour is cheaper and comfortable rather than renting a car. There are many tours available such as Grand Mansion bus tour, the Newport Scenic Overview bus tour, combination "Deluxe" tour, or the Land and Sea combination including a harbor cruise on the Viking Queen.
