We missed out on visiting these places on a cruise a couple of years ago because I promised my wife "We can always fly there sometime else". Guess what she now wants to go!

Question 1 - what is the weather typically like in November?

Question 2 - in January/February (our winter - we live in Canada)

Question 3 - is there a 'best' month from a weather point of view?

We would certainly prefer not the the HOT summer weather - but are November or Jan/Feb too cold or too wet?
