Which Newcastle are you visiting? There are two, Newcastle on Tyne and Newcastle under Lyne. One is about 200 miles from Worcester, one is much closer. If N-on-T then plane to Birmingham then train to Birmingham New Street and out to Worcester. If N-under-L, much easier and explained below!
