Belize city from
San Pedro and hire a car to reach Cahal Pech, it's very close to the Guatemalan border. Check

Cahal Pech is a small village located in the heart of the Mayan world, Belize. yes it is a home to many archaeological sites and has ruins and temples. The ruins of Cahal Pech is called as place of the ticks and still it is covered by jungle. Cahal Pech is just 10mins walk from San Ignacio downtown and has amazing views of the valley to the north. This place also has a museum and you can see the artifacts found at the site.
