Default Going to Alaska Aug 8-18: Best Places to See?

Hi,

I am planning to visit Alaska from Aug 8-18, 08 and based on the information I found on the Internet have come up with the following itinerary

Aug 8: Arrive in Anchorage
Aug 9: Anchorage to Denali; stay in Denali; local sightseeing
Aug 10: Visit McKinley, Stay in Denali,
Aug 11: Denali to Seward
Aug 12: Kenai Fjords National Park tour, return to Anchorage at night
Aug 13 -16: Anchorage -> Juneau, Juneau city tour, Glacier Bay cruise, whale watching cruise, return to Anchorage on the 16th
Aug 17: Anchorage sightseeing, leave for home

This is the first time I am going to Alaska and dont know too many other people who have. Can someone take a look at this itinerary and tell me if we are missing something special?

I don't know how adventurous you are but when I lived in Alaska, August was the month of salmon runs. If there are any cruises or tours that take you to the rivers, it is really something impressive to see. The rivers are full of salmon and bears and eagles are easily visible along the banks.
