| Years ago, there was a travel option to Alaska which consisted of a short cruise (+/- three or four days) departing from Seattle, followed by a short (+/- one-two days) train trip and then a return cruise to Seattle (Nope, I don't remember where the ship docked in Alaska nor do I remember where the rail portion was). I can't find anything like this now. Does anybody know who may offer such a trip? All of the "land and sea" type packages seem to be a minimum of seven days of "sea" and the "land" or rail portion having to be done either before or after the cruise. If there are any suggestions out there, please let me know!! |
