Default renting an apartment in Buenos Aires

hello forum!

My partner are planning a trip this November to Buenos Aires and I wanted to get your thoughts on renting an apartment in Buenos Aires. Is it cheaper than staying in a hotel? what are the pros and cons?

any ideas?

hiya,

Palermo, Plaza San Martin, and Puerto Madero neighborhoods are good places for renting an apartment in Buenos Aires because of their affordability.

I can safely say that renting is way cheaper than staying 7 or 10 days in Buenos Aires hotel, and even more ideal because the currency exchange rate is pretty good at the moment.

Another pro about renting in Buenos Aires is that you can do it for a short period of time, and you will be able to do your own cooking saving you loads in hotel food!

Hi deserticon, if you are still interested, i can ask my friends and family, I am from Buenos Aires but I am 6 years out of the country. The neighborhoods that beluti mentioned are ok. What it is important is to rent an apartment in a safe -as much as possible- place. Have you considered something like bed and breakfast? I think it is a better option.

Hi,
Buenos Aires vacation rentals are an appealing and cost-effective alternative to staying in a Buenos Aires hotel, plus you will save money.
