Default Argentina - Bariloche

The Nahuel Huapi Lake, of glacial origins, covers 560 square kilometers and its creeks reach into the forests of the National Park named after it. On its shores lies San Carlos de Bariloche, a first class tourist centre with the winter resort of Cerro Catedral on its outskirts which offers an active cultural life. Bariloche is surrounded by incredible landscapes and presents multiple alternatives for the most varied likes; ideal for the passenger that likes adventure, fishing, and skiing.

Default Re: Argentina - Bariloche

I'd just like to add that Bariloche and the surrounding area is one of my favorite parts of Argentina. The area, also known as the "seven lakes" region, has some of the best fishing in the world and some of the most incredible mountain / lake scenery anywhere. And it's so peaceful and remote, especially if you get into one of the smaller towns like San Martin de Los Andes or Villa La Angostura.
