Arizona

Arizona is home to some of the world's natural wonders like the Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, and the Meteor Crater. Enjoy the sun and go white water rafting, golfing or relax in one of the many spas in Arizona. Bordered by New Mexico to the East, and California to the west it is also home to the famous Route 66.

Spas in Arizona are said to promote one of the best healing processes. Here are a few of my suggestions:

1. Canyon Ranch Spa
This one is location in Tuscon and offers a full menu of spa treatments. There are also physicians, counselor and more on staff at the Canyon Ranch Spa. You're definitely not going to feel stressed here.

2. Golden Door Spa
The Golden Door Spa is more than just a spa it also has a golf course. At the Golden Door Spa you'll find the following:
7 restaurants
2 tennis courts
2 jacuzzis
4 pools

The Golden Door Spa also features amenities lik ea business center, bike rerntals, and even babysitting. Hey, who said you couldn't bring the young-ins along. After all, knowing that they're near by may bring more into the relaxed state.

3. Mii Amo Spa
The Mii Amo Spa is *the* spa in Sedona. This is one of the finest resorts you'll find in the state of Arizona. You may want to bring along some of your friends to the spa and this is a facility that offers group packages. For thos who want to take some of their special classes they've got retreats throughout the year.

Do you know when you're going to be in the Arizona area?

There is a really nice spa in Scottsdale, AZ called the Camelback Inn. Here is their blurb about it.

"Luxury comes natural at Camelback Inn, a JW Marriott Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona. 36-holes of championship Arizona golf, a signature Spa and lavish meeting space for conferences and events. Hotel casitas with traditional Southwestern décor are spread throughout the resort's desert landscape. All have balconies or patios, with private pools available. The resort includes an extensive pool complex ideal for family vacations. Experience the best Scottsdale has to offer with tradition and modern amenities, and minutes from downtown Phoenix, AZ."
