hi, while I vacationed in Hot Springs, I had a mineral bath with whirlpool for a competitive price at Arlington hotel. I have booked a room and had mineral baths, massage of hot stone and aromatherapy massage.

Arlington also provides sitz baths, dry sauna, wet steam, pressurized showers and hot and cold packs. Even they have couples massage room for couples.

You have to make reservation two months in advance. Call them and book with the number 1-800-643-1502, if your wife is interested, have a nice spa vacation!

My coworker, who is a really manly man, visited Hot Springs for a conference. And he through the spa treatments sounded dumb before he went...until he tried it. He really loved the massages and the mineral baths at the Arlington Hotel.
