hi all, I'm very much interested to visit Arkansas, especially the Hot Springs and the Ouachita Mountains. my trip could be next month end, so suggest some good hotels in Hot Springs and things to do in Hot Springs & Ouachita Mountains area, I'd appreciate any help given.thanx.

Hot Springs is a perfect destination to enjoy a spa vacation, it offers a wide selection of accommodation with great views of the Ouachita Mountains. My vacation at Hot Springs was splendid and I stayed at Hot Springs Hamilton Resort Days Inn. Clarion resort on the Lake, Howard Johnson Inn and Econo Lodge Inn & Suites are some other popular hotels in Hot Springs. The downtown area of Hot Springs has many things to see & do incliding Hot Springs National Park, Ouachita Mountains, historic Fordyce Bathhouse and the Grand Promenade. Also visit the Fordyce Bathhouse Museum, take a scenic drive up Hot Springs Mountain (North Mountain) and West Mountain and enjoy the Hot Springs spa. Many of the family oriented attractions are available in downtown, so just get around them & have a wonderful Arkansas vacation.
