has anyone being to Arkansas in the summer? is it a good time to travel to Arkansas during the summer?

Hi there,

Arkansas during the summer months is very hot and humid with temperatures reaching 90 degrees Fahrenheit. The north west part and the lowlands of Arkansas though are slightly cooler with temperatures in the low eighties.

Spring is a great time for Arkansas travel. In particular the month of May when the wildflowers blossom and the wildflower routes which spans over four hundred miles across Kansas offer great scenic drives.

Therefore, Spring and early summer time are a good time for outdoor activities and water activities around the lakes.
