nicer are for hotel?

i have to choose a time share and my options are:
La Renaissance on Kentucky Ave facing centeral pier or Flagship Resort on
N Maine st facing Seaplane port. Never have been and they are both on different sides of the boardwalk which would be the best area??????

I have to say that any hotel on the boardwalk sounds great, but you should also take a look to see if they have any offers on, some of them do! :)
