|  Re: How is admission to the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park? A fee of $4.50 per person per day is collected for the Government Environmental Management Charge. (i.e. $15.00 for the liveaboard trip) This amount incorporates the EMC as well as Port Departure Tax and administration costs. Subject to change |

|  Re: How is admission to the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park? The price changed in 2007 to $5 for a full day and $2.50 for a part-day. These don't apply to children under 4 years old. A full day pass is actually for 3 days and a part day pass is for 3 hours. School groups, charities and media don't have to pay any charge. |
