A trip to the Bahamas can be filled with diving, golfing, and cruises. Or you can mellow the vacation to the popular resorts, tours, and even some shopping. Visit Nassau and plan a day trip swimming with the dolphins. Then party the night away on the island of New Providence. Be sure to check out neighbor islands like Freeport, Grand Bahama, and Paradise Island.
I will be cruising to Freeport in October and would like to know where to shop. I am interested in high end designer stores or merchandise, such as Gucci, Prada, Versace etc. I am also interested in buying local crafts and souveneirs. Any and all ideas will be greatly welcomed.
If your on a cruiseship then it will dock at the major shopping areas. If your touring around the islands then check out Port Lucaya Marketplace and the International Bazaar.
