|  best surfing spots in Hawaii hello forum! My best friend and I are planning a beach vacation to Hawaii for August..I am looking for ideas on beach spots that are great for surfing. Please, can anyone advice with ideas? many thanks |

|  Re: best surfing spots in Hawaii hey there, the North Shore of Oahu is considered the Holy Grail of surfing but the best surfing spot in Hawaii for me has to be the pipeline at Ehukai Beach, as you get amazing waves. If you're coming from Honolulu, you can get a bus near Diamond Head to Banzai Pipeline Hawaii, which takes about an hour each way. Another thing, the best time to go for prime surfing conditions here it is between 8 and 10 am. |
