Cahal Pech is only two hours by road from Belize City, so I think you can fly to Belize city from San Pedro and hire a car to reach Cahal Pech, it's very close to the Guatemalan border. Check Belize airlines page to get more details on flight deals.

Cahal Pech is a small village located in the heart of the Mayan world, Belize. yes it is a home to many archaeological sites and has ruins and temples. The ruins of Cahal Pech is called as place of the ticks and still it is covered by jungle. Cahal Pech is just 10mins walk from San Ignacio downtown and has amazing views of the valley to the north. This place also has a museum and you can see the artifacts found at the site. And when you go there you can experience some of the archaeological investigations currently going on at this ancient city:) Hope this helps and have a good day!
