| The first thing I'd suggest before deciding to buy any travel insurance for Bolivia, is whether or not you guys may already have travel insurance coverage under any of your other insurance policies like home and life insurance policies so, do check those out! You may also find that your current health insurance policy covers you for certain overseas medical expenses. Also, if you plan to pay for your travel on your credit card, you may find that your credit card has a policy that allows you to claim for limited reimbursement if your trip gets cancelled at the last minute. If you add up all of these policies together, there is a chance that you may not need to buy the travel insurance at all! |

| At the time looking for travel insurance package, the first thing you need to do is to research about your requirements. It will help you to decide whether travel insurance is appropriate or not. Insurance companies offer various alternatives like insurance for single trip, backpackers insurance and other such policies. Travelers should do complete analysis of their requirements and on the basis of their needs; everyone should go for appropriate travel insurance plan. Websites of different companies can be helpful for comparing the quotes. Always look into their services and reputation in the market and also check the travel insurance company is regulated by the country’s regulatory authority or not. |
