|  Length of time I am going on a cruise which stops at the Port of Manaus. I would like to go to Rio de Janeiro whilst I am there, but need to know how long it will take to get there. |

|  Length of time Hello. A flight from Manaus to Rio de Janeiro takes approximately 3h30. The distance in km is almost 4.374. I recommend a trip to Rio, cause it’s a amazing city and a must see in Brazil! Hope you enjoy it! |
