Question Is Residence Inn Beverly Hills a good place to stay in LA?

Hi, I am planning a holiday in Los Angeles in Dec with my 3 kids and intend to visit the theme parks and shop! Is this a good hotel to stay?
Also, why do hotels charge overnight parking?

This seems to be quite unusual for hotel guests. Also would love to hear recommendations on "must go" places to eat, restaurants that are truly California cuisine and yet reasonably priced.

Many thanks!

Default Re: Is Residence Inn Beverly Hills a good place to stay in LA?

Hi there,

The Residence Inn is a nice hotel that offers plenty of amenities. Room prices start at around $150 per night and valet parking is $22 a night. If you're not on a budget, this hotel is in a great location and is a good choice.

The reason upscale hotels such as this one, offer valet parking is to add a touch of luxury as someone parks your car.

Upscale hotels usually contract a valet company that will do the valet parking for them. The reason they charge is because parking in Beverly hills is scarce.

Great affordable places to eat include: Galley Seafood Grill, McPhee's Grill, Dorn's Original, Giancarlo's, Artisan and Tokyo House.
