when do you guys think it's best time to visit the Place Jacques Cartier? what's the plaza like in the summer time?

I think summertime it's the best time to experience the plaza. The place has outdoor cafes, street performers, jugglers, mimes, face painters, caricaturists, horse-drawn carriages, vendors, and you'll truly relish a visit here during the summer.
