Do you think that car rental in the Cayman Islands is for visitors who plan on doing a lot of exploring or is there other ways to get around?

Car rental in the Cayman Islands is not the only option to explore the islands. There are other ways of getting around, such as using taxis and bicycles.

The Cayman Islands taxis are relatively expensive, and since it's all but impossible to hail one in the street, they usually have to be hired by phone.

Having said this, bike rentals is also a great way of getting around, especially on the islands of Little Cayman and Cayman Brac.
