|  best place to stay in Hong Kong hey guys, what are your thoughts on best places to stay in Hong Kong: Hong Kong or Kowloon? any ideas? |

|  Re: best place to stay in Hong Kong I personally think both Kowloon and Hong Kong Island are equally good since you can easily take to the Star Ferry from one to the other side. In the other hand, choosing a hotel with harbour-view rooms across Hong Kong island are much more spectacular than choosing a hotel with harbour views across Kowloon. Also, shops in Kowloon side stay open till midnight while shops in Hong Kong Island close around 9ish so that could be another reason to sway you to staying in Kowloon. |
