recommend some delicious Chinese food

If you are going to Beijing to watch the Olympic, these are the foods that you must have a taste:
Peking (Beijing) Roasted Duck (Beijing Kaoya)
Hot pot (Huoguo)
Imperial Court Food (Fangshan)
Noodle with Bean Sauce (Zha Jiang Mian)

I tried Peking Roasted Duck and it was really good. Aside from that, most that I've tried were noodles and dumplings.

I just remember eating some of the food they usually make for the Chinese New Year. Now if I can only recall the name of that sticky finger food...
