|  Co-host city of Beijing Olympic Games-Tianjin As the co-host cities of Beijing Olympic Games, Tianjin and Shanghai are places where the the soccer games are to be held. I’ve already introduced a lot about Beijing and today I’m going to introduce you to Tianjin, a historical Municipality. Tianjin is known as the diamond of the Bohai Gulf and is one of the biggest industrial and port cities in China. The city has a long and illustrious history, and the marks that the past has imprinted upon the place can still be seen today from the different styles of architectures. The most famous about Tianjin is its Xiangsheng, also known as comic dialogue, a traditional Chinese art. Many Xiangsheng artists are from Tianjin. There are also many famous snacks in Tianjin. Goubuli steamed stuffed-bun and Mahua are the most famous. You’ve got to have a taste! |
