| Hangzhou is famous for its dragon well tea and local teahouses. He(Harmony) Teahouse in downtown Hangzhou is decorated in the classical style and the traditional furniture gives it the appearance of a Ming/Qing courtyard. Huanglong(Yellow Dragon) Teahouse(address: 57 Shuguang Road, Xihu District, by the side of Huanglong Cave) looks like a quiet grove. Waitresses in traditional qipao serve tea to customers. At weekends, many locals prefer to go to Longjing Village or Meijiawu Village to drink tea. Both are famous for growing Dragon Well tea. The air is fresh and the tea fragrant in the air. |
