China

China is home to some of the richest history and tradition in the world. You can view modernity in the large cities like Beijing, Shanghai, and Hong Kong. You can also see monuments and proof of cultural history, like the Great Wall of China and the Silk Road. Finally, there's no shartage of natural wonders, such as the Himalayas (more specifically Mt. Everest) and the Yangtze River.

A unforgettable great wall travel in beijing

I walked the wild great wall and feeling i own the great wall at the time cause when you walk the great wall there are few others beside , at the time you will feel you own the great wall . The steepness and sharpness of the great wall , the stone and brick of the great wall , the tree and grass on the great wall and with flowers . This is the wild the great wall . How fine it is to experience the part of the great wall -Jiankou with wind and scenary www.greatwall-alternative.com . this part of the great wall is unlike badaling great wall where people is crowded like sading , you see people instead of the great wall .

why do chinese post on a site about traveling, telling other people how great it is? its silly.............why dont you wait for other people to come on and talk about how great this wall is? sigh...............shameless self promotion.........tsk tsk.

Great wall is nice though..............anyone on this forum..........dont go with any chinese guide, just get up there by bus, all over the city the buses that go there, and walk up an hour before the sun starts to set, watch sun set from top............walk down as the sun is making its last fantastic show, and everything changes colour. beautiufl doesnt describe it. then, the last little bit will be the night view, and that is great to. trust me......best way to see the wall

as for the history...............probably the most USELESS thing ever............noone would have tried to attack up that ridge that the wall is on..................sombodies just a little XENOPHOBIC..............very nice though.

Sincerely
A jaded expat
