Inspired by Beijing's hutong and countyards, Sanlitun village blends Beijing's past with its more cosmopolitan present. With 30 restaurant and bars, the village offers more dinning and drinking places in a single location than anywhere else in Beijing.
In the past a long period of time, China's night life is monotonous. Now, however, the bar has become almost synonymous with night life, even though it is a vague and ambiguous areas in the eyes of ordinary people. Bar culture seem as the old myth never die
When we referred to Beijing bar, Sanlitun will be not omitted. In 1995 two young men returned from Japan, they built here the first run bar. After 10 years development, surrunding this area, more and more bars have gathered in this places, and even foreign friend are also aware of Beijing famous Sanlitun Bar Street.The most reputation is the loudest of Sanlitun North Street, adjacent to the Beijing largest embassy district, where many foreigners gather.
